Our "No Stress" Refund & Return Policy

Hey there! At Taken On Notice, we’re a small team dedicated to bringing a bit of office-approved humour to your day. Because every single mug is printed specifically for you the moment you order it, we have a few "ground rules" to keep things running smoothly.

1. If It Arrives Less Than Perfect

We want you to love your new mug as much as we loved designing it. If your order arrives damaged, has a printing glitch, or just isn't what you ordered (we call this a "major failure" in official-speak), we will fix it immediately.

  • How to fix it: Just shoot an email to takenonnotice@gmail.com within 14 days.

  • What we need: Send us a quick photo of the issue and your order number.

  • The Result: We’ll happily send out a free replacement or give you a full refund. No hoops, no fuss.

2. Choosing the Right One

Because our products are custom-made for you, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges if you simply "change your mind" or pick the wrong color/size. Before you hit that checkout button, give your order a quick double-check!

3. The Return Address

If there’s an issue, please don't mail it back to the address on the package. Our printing partners have hubs all over, and it might get lost in the mail. Always email us first so we can give you the right instructions.

4. Delivery Details

Please make sure your shipping address is 100% correct. If a mug is returned to us because the address was a bit wonky, we’ll have to charge a small re-shipping fee to send it out again.
